Aviva Baumann lives and works in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Aviva began her artistic work as a professional dancer for the Oakland Ballet. After leaving the company, she worked in film and TV for twelve years. Aviva retired from acting in order to return to Santa Fe, her home, and pursue the craft of woodworking.

Twig earrings are crafted out of recycled material and salvaged woods, and aim to highlight the simple and fractal expressions of wood in all its varieties. Each pair is one of a kind. Jewelry that recalls its wearer back to the dirt, even while appreciating Euclidean urban environments; jewelry that restores the feeling of being playful and rooted: this is Twig's goal.
